ON-SCREEN ACCESSIBILITY
Monitor Widget
Created out of a personal need to manage a dual-monitor Windows setup, Monitor Widget solves a visibility gap in the native taskbar. While standard taskbars show open applications, they don't indicate which screen they occupy.
This lightweight utility maps out all active applications across your displays in real time. With a single click on any app icon in the widget, you can instantly bring that application to the foreground on its respective monitor.

On-Screen Accessibility
01
Problem Definition
The design needed to remain unobtrusive on screen while being accessible when the user needed to see their application.
02
Static Screens & Styling
For speed and iteration, first screens were created in Figma. First screens focused solely on layout, then subsequently applying styling.
03
Functionality & Prototyping
To make this a usable widget, a light design system was created in Figma. This was then imported into Cursor to add functionality.
